Please note the boat parade is NOT the Cruise of Lights® or vice-versa. They are two separate events. The Cruise of Lights® takes people out on boats to look at decorated homes. The boat parade is people watching decorated boats from homes (or other boats, or the beaches.)
One is a fundraiser (the Cruise), the other (the Parade) is the Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee’s way of saying “thank you” to the Harbour residents for decorating their homes so we are able to have a fundraiser called the Cruise of Lights® (because a “Cruise of Dark Homes” won’t sell many tickets!)
